Although many may find this abstract or “creepy”, watching someone sleep, especially watching loved ones sleep induces a feeling of profound beauty and duality for the human condition and the profound mystery of existence. To see an example of such an abundance of living energy in such an abeyant and serene state, preparing for the obstacles, excitement, and survival of the following day brings about a very Taoistic feeling of awe and admiration that never seems to diminish in my mind.

I know this is aimed towards americans, but i can help but say - this doesn’t apply to everybody. In Denmark and other northern european countries, only 10% of adults are lactoseintolerant - so no, milk isn’t always bad. Also, it’s very different how milk is made (what fat % percent is has and how it’s processed).
